Initially focused on supporting operational needs of the motor coach industry, his venture unexpectedly shifted when a demand for a reliable airport transportation service for local professionals emerged.

This new service rapidly gained traction in South Lake and West Orange counties, fueled primarily by word-of-mouth referrals highlighting his professional and dependable approach. The business began on the fly with no written business plan and a single late-model sedan and quickly expanded in the first year to a fleet of two new SUV’s, reflecting the organic and sustained growth of his client base. Eric's business, Minneola Referred Ride, has a motto of "Professionals Serving Professionals," and continues to thrive, built on a foundation of trust, punctuality, and exceptional personalized service. While the company maintains a mindset of being the area's best-kept secret, it has quickly transformed into the go-to "I know a guy" for individual, family, and business transportation needs.
